So...one of my FAVORITE rappers and ARTIST in general, Lupe Fiasco, is about to release his much anticipated sophomore effort, "The Cool." What's even DOPEr? MTV has it featured on LEAK...hence: GO LISTEM TO IT!!! It's incredible! An awesome follow up to "Food and Liquor." I already pre-ordered my copy. So what are you waiting for? Go to theleak.mtv.com and listen to it. It's worth your eardrum's time...trust me.
I love the entire album, but my personal favorites so far are "Paris, Tokyo" (Sounds so much like a song from A Tribe Called Quest, my favorite rap group!), "The Coolest," "Hi-Definition," "Intruder Alert," "Streets on Fire" (the hook in this song is so hypnotizing), "Dumb It Down," and "Hip-Hop Saved my Life."
