This week's Video(s) of the Week is two featured videos on Janelle Monae; an upcoming artist with a partnership deal with Bad Boy Records who is bringing excitement and creativity back to music! I first heard of her on Big Boi's 'Got Purp?' (then Idlewild) and fell in love with her VOICE. This girl can SANG! Being trained in voice my ear automatically captured her voice and noticed that she had to vocally trained; her sound is perfect...her vibrato, the control she has on her voice. It's amazing to see 'real' singers with raw creativity making a comeback! Don't believe me? Watch these two videos....and decide. =]
